Our Engagement Story
We'd been talking about getting married
for about 4 months, but hadn't made any plans or really settled anything--it
was just talk, so the actual engagement was a surprise. On Friday, September
17, John had 2 dozen roses sent to me at work. He then kidnapped me from
my office and took me to the beach, where a candelight picnic was waiting.
After we ate, a hot air balloon landed on the beach just down from us.
We went up the the balloon, and over the sunset and the ocean, John proposed.
